CT-ADP Point-of-Care Assay Predicts 30-Day Paravalvular Aortic Regurgitation and Bleeding Events following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement

In TAVR patients, CT-ADP > 180 seconds post-procedure was a strong predictor of significant paravalvular aortic regurgitation (PVAR) at 30 days and major bleeding complications. The study found that patients with PVAR showed no improvement in CT-ADP, unlike those without PVAR.
Chez les patients TAVR, un CT-ADP > 180 secondes après la procédure prédit fortement la régurgitation aortique paravalvulaire (PVAR) à 30 jours et les saignements graves. Les patients avec PVAR ne montrent aucune amélioration du CT-ADP, contrairement à ceux sans PVAR.
