Impact of Primary Hemostasis Disorders on Late Major Bleeding Events among Anticoagulated Atrial Fibrillation patients Treated by TAVR

Laurent DIETRICH
Post-procedural CT-ADP > 180 s in anticoagulated AF patients after TAVR strongly predicts late major/life-threatening bleeding complications (MLBCs). Persistent primary hemostasis disorders contribute to increased bleeding risk and should guide personalized anticoagulation therapy.
