Value of Cardiac Biomarkers in the Early Diagnosis of Takotsubo Syndrome

A cardiac biomarker profile using BNP/TnI ratios helps differentiate Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) from STEMI and NSTEMI early. A scoring system based on clinical and biomarker data showed high sensitivity and specificity.
Un profil de biomarqueurs BNP/TnI permet de distinguer précocement le syndrome de Takotsubo (TTS) des infarctus STEMI et NSTEMI. Un score combinant paramètres cliniques et biologiques montre une bonne sensibilité et spécificité.
