Testimonial: a lebanese-French collaboration

Throughout my PhD in the Translational Cardiovascular Medicine lab (UR3074), I was investigating the role of extracellular vesicles in aortic valve thrombogenecity.

This research project was funded and supported by GERCA. This association is actively participating in the progress of translational research.

Thus, seeking to produce more meaningful, applicable results that directly benefit human health especially in the field of cardiovascular medicine.

As a PhD student GERCA also gave me the chance to represent my work internationally in the ESC conference.

GERCA now is also ongoing this path by supporting and funding various research projects and PhD students.
